    Chaldean/Jewish Mission Signup

UPDATE: We are striving to have an equal number of Jewish and Chaldean trip participants, and only three of the spaces for Jewish participants remain unfilled. Once they are filled, we will start a waiting list in case any people already registered for the trip cancel or if there are enough people on the waiting list to support a second bus.

To reserve your place on the trip, please complete and submit the online form below, and then send a check for $250 per person (refundable through December 14) to:

                   JCRC
                   6735 Telegraph Road - Suite 140
                   Bloomfield Hills, MI 48301

Question before submitting form or deposit? Contact Robert Cohen at cohen@jfmd.org or 248-642-2640.
